First Post!

Welcome to Stilwell Pianos first blog post! I will use this blog to keep you all up to date on the pianos we get into the shop as well as the crazy adventures we get into on the road.

Over the past few years Stilwell Pianos has grown from a small tuning and repair business into a brick and mortar piano shop in Tempe Arizona selling around 10-12 pianos a month! I could not be happier with my occupation and I consider myself one lucky guy to be doing something I am passionate about for a living. I pray that it continues for years to come!

Adam (one of our piano movers) and I just got back from California last Thursday with a trailer full of grand pianos. On the trip we picked up a 4 baby grand pianos from private sellers in Palm Springs and the Orange County area. The pianos were all inspected and great shape. Personally my favorite is the 5’8″ Rosewood Kawai (See picture). It is absolutely stunning! Before I even got a chance to list them online, the 4’11” Smack was sold. As we enter our busy season, this will start happening more and more. Being the only Piano Store located in Tempe, we have been getting a lot of visitors looking for baby grands and now that school is back in session, I am going to be extremely busy trying to keep these things on the floor!
